In this 6 hour workshop you will learn basic botany and how to accurately draw leaves, including foreshortening, observation of light and shade, watercolour mixing and painting techniques, how to paint shine on a leafs surface. Each attendee will create a new artwork, while learning how to capture the beautiful shapes, contours and veins on different types of leaves using botanical illustration methods.
